The moment I saw this dress. Felt the material. Imagined it against my skin. I thought WOW, this piece is absolutely comfortable. Lovely, lovely white top with the loveliest cerulean blue ever. Totally in love with the simplistic colour combination of this dress. The slightly too short hem adds a lovely touch of fun and mischief to the otherwise very typical white and blue school uniforms we used to wear! If only our uniforms came like this, with a lovely frilled collar and a pretty bow at the back!
