Candy Cut Outs.

Cut outs are all the rage right now! Especially those with shoulder cut outs! A simple chiffon collared button down top, with slight puff sleeves that end just above the elbows and coupled with exposed shoulder cut outs. A top that you can opt to wear it alone with shorts for a simple, casual yet chic look or pair it with a simple cami inside for a chic corporate attire.
