I can never really resist a cute, neon print! When you give me a long top with brightly coloured neon lips, quite frankly I just can’t say no! This top comes attached with a black cotton inner layer, allowing you to wear it as a mini dress. The buttons down the front are fully functional, letting you decide to either button it up all the way in a neon preppy way or leave it loose & wear it as a billowy vest. Do note that the inner & outer layer are sewn together, so if you’d like to wear’em separately, simply remove the stitches that hold them together & you can to wear the neon outer layer as a cute beach cover up!
